Peter Weise

​Peter Wiese is on the Investment Board of Moneta Ventures Fund II and Fund III. ​He is the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Tri Counties Bank. With 70 branches spanning from the Oregon border to Bakersfield and nearly $10 billion in total assets, Tri Counties Bank is the largest public community bank headquartered in Northern California. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Wiese served as an assurance and consulting partner at Crowe Horwath LLP, a national public accounting firm.

Mr. Wiese spent 23 years in practice as a public accountant, where he served financial services companies such as community banks, non-depository lenders, and investment funds. Peter’s background and knowledge related to investments, mergers, accounting, and financial reporting provide additional benefit to Moneta Ventures.
